Backstory- We have found what we think is a good candidate to be a nanny to our 7 month old girl. Any parent knows the feeling of trying to find someone to watch the most precious thing in our lives. Anyone know of a reputable company, person, etc. to look into this person's past? Have any of you gone through this? Any help is appreciated.
