I am thinking of getting a RMR for one of my Glocks and thinking of going the RM44 mount route. How much higher does the RMR sit with the RM44 vs the milled slide. Does it make a big difference in presentation/acquiring sight picture.

Thanks.

I don't have one of these around to measure but they appear to be somewhere between .1 and .125 thick.

So the height difference is that thickness plus the depth that the RMR is set into the slide.
Probably at least .250

Does prevent having a set of suppressor sights in the conventional location.
