Centurion rail install questions???

Ready to install my 10" C4 rail.I'll be using blue threadlock,would just a drop on each screw be enough?Also how tight should these screws be?Should i really crank down hard?This is my first FF install,just don't want to mess it up!
ETA-Also should i tighten the front or rear first?(if it matters)

I applied a light drop to every screw. I put all the screws in and lightly tightened them down. Then I did the final tightening in an X pattern. I do not advise you cranking them down, as they don't need to be.
