RSA attachment on MOE handguards?

Im thinking about trading in my KAC M4 RAS for a Magpul MOE handguard. I was wondering if it was still possible to run the Magpul RSA on top on the MOE's next to the delta ring? What is needed to accomplish this if it is possible?
