Source for .30 caliber AP bullets, preferable 150gr.

My company has been invited to bid on some .308 Win ammo loaded with 150gr armor piercing bullets. Having trouble finding a source for these so I can put in a bid. I checked Hi Tech Ammo as I get my 5.56 AP bullets from them and they don't have any .30 AP bullets listed. Isn't there something with the government stating 5.56 "SS109" bullets aren't considered AP for the ban, but the .30 caliber M61 type are? Might be why I'm having trouble finding them.

Note:This ammunition is for a joint purchase program for several small LE agencies. The bid is for only 10,000 rounds so it's not much.
