Anyone notice Google didn't do anything with their logo for this celebration? Any other birthday, celebration, for anyone from artists to musicians to activists they design a new logo but when the Army's birthday rolls around, there's not shit for it. Pitiful.

Holy shit, I had no idea. I just looked that up and found out they are also going to allow soldiers to SEW on rank, name tapes, and skill badges! 'bout ****ing time, I remember being issued my first set of ACU's and thinking "I thought I outgrew velcro when I was 3..."

Oh, and Happy B-day Army... you don't look a day over 230...

As a former Misguided Child, I will happily raise a glass to all Soldiers everywhere. :D

And I will soon have another Soldier in my family. My daughter is talking to a recruiter tomorrow, about enlisting for Military Police.
