Attempts to contact them all last week have been futile with calls not returned and emails not answered.
Anyone else with similar experience?
Are they still in business?

Contact info is halfway down the page on the left, I'm not sure if it's the same as what you already have. They are quick to answer questions on their forum as well, the owner posts regularly. They were quick to respond to my email a couple weeks ago and got my dealer account set up quickly.

Good luck with that I called and emailed and had to call again just to get a half *ss answer to what specs they cut there chamber. But I did find out that they use 416R stainless NOT 416 stainless like they website states.
