Then there is Suzanne Somers and Goldie Hawn who actually got more interesting looking with age. I could care less about either in the early 80s, but Hawn was hot in Death Becomes Her and Somers was incredible in those thigh master commercials.

And second only to Welch, Morgan Fairchild might be the most impressive female of the last quarter century.

'Mazin what a little plastic surgery will do huh? A tummy tuck made my wife look 10 or more years younger. It cost as much as four NICE ARs. Hell I could have gotten a Dakota (http://www.dakotaarms.com/#!model-76/vstc4=african) for that money. How many 52 year old women look hot in a bikini?

Sensible eating + the right exercise program is still healthier + cheaper.

And I don't mean just cardio + lifting little silly ass weights. I mean squatting + other compound lifts at a reasonably challenging weight to boost metabolism and build real bone density and muscle.

Who doesn't like to see an older lady with a body like that of a college athlete?

Gravity, age, genetics and pregnancy are hard on a woman's body and after the damage is done no amount of the above good advice will reverse the damage. The ugly gut my wife had was only part of the problem, her attitude dramatically improved with improved appearance. She became motivated. I wonder how many of the above discussed hotties got to be hot in their 40s and 50s without the plastic surgeon and more certainly, the dermatologist.
