Sometimes the forum won't let me post?

Any idea why sometime I can't post replies to threads, other times I can. Latest time is currently in the General Discussion area. A page pops up which says I do not have permission to access this page. I'm baffled.

This same thing happens to me a lot on taptalk. It'll let me respond to some threads and other threads it won't give me the option.

I never noticed the sticky, but that's probably bc I read the forum via taptalk on my phone and just have it displaying the recent threads so the sticky isn't there. I almost never access this site from a computer. Sorry about the oversight.

My tapatalk lets me post, but then it says I posted twice and I have to "cancel" my second post. Weird.
