I saw some of this pop up for sale. Any idea what it is and if it has acceptable terminal performance?

I tried looking up this myself. We just got some in for our agency and have an e-mail out to our firearms branch.

Oh, it comes on stripper clips and is marked 62gr Open Tip

I just posted some pics on another thread about this. Looks like at 62 gr OTM load. It is not the barrier blind.
