To establish State wide criteria for the issuance of CCWs and eliminate these arbitrary fees. It has already passed the State Senate, and is in the Assembly. It may be on Governor Browns desk before the end of the year where he will likely use it as leverage to get the Republicans to agree to an increase taxes as a condition of signing...

So, you MAY see a lot more CCWs coming out of the Gloden State, especially if they go ahead with the release of 30,000 felons from the prison system in an effort to cut costs.

My sheriff will deny a permit if he feels you have had too many speeding tickets. I live in a conservitive county too.

I might have to get a CA permit, at some point. That way I can carry with my family around.

Think any of this could cause the AWB to die?...

And , with luck , get a ruling that includes some serious money . Might need to run through some appeals to finally win.
