AR parts sourcing question

Which. Of the manufacturers make their own internals (LPK's, BCG's, springs and. pins etc) and who outsources??? Is their a major manufacturer who "supplies the industry"???

No company makes everything (not even Colt or FN). There is also no single company that supplies them all.

On top of this, some companies have gone out of the normal supply chains and had companies that have no background in making gun parts start to. So there are more companies than ever that make parts.


IMHO, it is not important that a company make all or ANY of their parts in house. What IS important is that they do high levels of QC and testing they have the parts.
