So is anyone keeping up with Mr. Haley and his new courses? Or the new BCM website?
Gonna have to say the new site looks nice. Hopefully they increase the availability of stock (seems like everything is out on the commercial site)
As for HS courses, should be top notch and i'd love to take one!

I am following him on Facebook. His new DVD is very good. In some ways a better teaching tool than his previous efforts.

Concur. Looks like Travis is putting a class on with LMS Defense in September in Fernley, NV. Should sell out pretty quick, too, if not already sold out. The new BCM website is definitely cool...

I really liked his explanation of the different zeros, combat effective zones and hold-overs in the Panteao videos. I hadn't seen that before and it brought a lot of clarity to the different methods I've seen online.

Travis just went public with his schedule today.The dvd is awesome. The kims game+shooting got my brain going into overdrive on all the shit I could think up. I like travis's teaching style when he is alone too.
The slo mo section from jessie's video was worth the 18 bucks in itself:smile:.

His 100 y zero is screwy. He claimed the 25 and 50 y hits w above the 100 y hit, which is def not a 100 yard zero.

He also claimed with a 300y zero that his 200y hit was higher then the 100y?????? WHA? I didnt watch the zero part the 1st time, i was too busy laughing at paul howe's "tactical reload".

I just want one of their new pistol grips, where can one obtain them?
They appear to be similar to the HK OEM grip for the 416/417.
I was in Travis's last open enrollment class before MD. He's going to be back in Florida apparently in October, and I may get into that class depending on cost and schedule.
I'll definitely be watching the Panteo videos first and using my prior class, the MD videos, and the new video to decide if it's going to work for me.
Anyone want to loan me a copy of the video? :p

the panteao site doesnt say how long or how many discs. but the site has it broken down into multiple clips.. i counted 10-11 at between 4min and 10 minutes clips
I may not be a respected member or whatever but too be honest half of what he covers in "adaptive carbine" had been covered in the MD Dynamic Carbine DVD's.
But it was still a good watch

MagpulD made it a point to stay away from 'tactics' and said that they were only weapons manipulation instruction. It looks like the Panteao video series has some 'tactics' (self and home defense) videos - does Travis' video have any tactics in it? Maybe Travis will bring out a more 'Dynamic' video in the future.

The video is on a single dual layer DVD. Runtime is about 2 hours and 12 minutes. There are also the pro-tips from Travis included on the DVD.

There are just a few small quirks watching the vids online, but overall I'm very impressed by the production quality, content, and instructors you've compiled. You are very welcome. We are about to update the streaming video player portion of the site for subscribed members. Once the update is pushed to the website, you'll be able to change player settings for resolution so that each chapter stays at a preset setting. You will also have the option to autoplay/autoadvance the chapters. We are also implementing dynamic buffering. This will allow the user's browser to detect their bandwidth and adjust the buffering based on their bandwidth capacity.
