You must have 30 posts, while contributing positively to this forum community, in order to start new topics in the Marketplace. Industry Professionals, Subject Matter Experts, and M4C Dealers and Manufacturers are exempt from this rule.

I have more than 30 posts and I am still not able to respond or post in the FS section, any ideas as to why?

why would you need to respond to a for sale thread?

There is no number of posts that would allow you to do that. Only the OP and moderators can do that.
