I am putting this in the handgun subforum as I figure those with pelican cases designed to fit handguns would be in here. a Mod should move this if this is not the appropriate forum. My apologies in advance.
That said, I am moving across the country and will need to fly my handguns home. What pelican case will fit 3 glocks (17, 19, 26) and a FS 1911 + some other goodies ? (mags, TLR-1, a few knives, etc). I am looking at the 1550. Was thinking of getting it in either orange or silver to make it look as not gun like as possible. Any pointers on a good, sturdy, NON TSA COMPLIANT lock too?
Is that the laptop case model? I'm thinking that would be a great one if so, roughly 20x15" right?

No it is a medium sized case that is a little deeper.

I think a Storm iM2500 with the pick and pluck foam would work for you or the Pelican equivalent (own both but the storm is sitting next to me right now).

Doesn't Pelican own Storm now? I could be wrong.
I have numerous Hardigg Storm cases and you can't go wrong with them. Another option is the Seahorse SE-540FP4, which is available with pre-cut foam for 4 handguns.

these folks can do anything - call them - I'm lucky to live 15 minutes away - had them do a double G19 that works as a G19 / G30 also - it's a 1450case:

why use a pelican case?
does it prevents rust?

I believe they have a moisture evacuating system of some kind, but open cell foam will still probably cause rust at some point I would think.
