Help mounting an H1 to lt660

I bought a used Larue mount. He is sending Loctite and four brand new screws. How tight should they be. I reaaaally don't want to strip them out. I have an H1 from botach that came with four screws as well. And the little red tool. Thanks for any tips and/or help.
