Anyone have a good step by step on taking one of these apart? Mainly just taking the aperture off.

EDIT now I just need good instructions on how to put it back together! Didn't loose any ball detents, just can't quite figure it out.

Can't you just put it back the way you took it off?

I need to do this tomorrow when I get home but here is what I envision:

1. Take the detent spring and ball and place in the center of the sight.
2. Take the detent spring and ball and place into the right side of the sight.
3. Take the threaded adjustment knob and insert it from right to left through the rear sight and into the aperture.
4. Continue threading the aperture until it reaches the left side of the sight.
5. Secure with a screw on the left side (loctite)

Why would you take one of these apart?

To reverse the aperture.

I did the same thing a while back and it goes back exactly the same way it came apart but with the aperture reversed as in terms of big/small aperture.

As for step by step I have no clue. I'm mechanically inclined in a way that I can look at the parts and they assemble themselves.
