Has anyone changed out their recoil spring for a lighter one on their M&P 9 to lessen the felt recoil? Any troubles? Reliable outcome?
I ask because I use one in 3gun comps (local stuff) and all the glock-o-phytes have done the same with great success. Before I start changing things up, I wanted to see if problems arise. If lighter is GTG for comp, but not SD/HD, then I can always switch back when cleaning.
