The title says it all?

I'm using one on my G17, 19 and 26. I like it better than the OEM Glock 20/21 ones that are used on the G34/35. I don't inadvertently drop mags using one and they don't dig into my hand like the Glock extended ones.

I have one on my G19. It works as advertised. It releases the magazine positively, much easier than the standard length. It's better than the extended one that is on the 34/35, as it doesn't stick me on my side when carrying the gun in an IWB holster without an undershirt, the button is nicely dehorned. It won't accidentally release a mag. like the extended kind.

I have 7 and they work great. I carry daily with one on my 26 and have had zero problems. As other posters have stated, very positive mag releases and no inadvertent drops.

I have them in both my G19s and my G17. I'd have one in my G20 if they made one for its frame size. I have another one laying around for if I ever decide to get a G26 again. I can't really add anything about how nice they are that hasn't already been said. I'm a happy camper!:D

I received one of these from Larry at the South Hill 1911 class. I've been running it in a Glock 19 and I love it.

I'm left handed and release the mag with left index finger. The Vickers gives me a more positive release. Just one of those items that you never knew you needed until someone developed it.

I put them on both my Glock 19's and both of my 17's and love them. The mag release is the number one part deputies in my department want changed out. The Vickers part is much better than the extended Glock part, as it is slightly shorter and does not get int he way as much. As mentioned before, the shape is also more user friendly.

I would also suggest you try replacing the standard coil trigger spring with the olive NY-1 and a 3.5 pound connector. Trigger pull is about the same, but the reset is much more positive and no trigger stacking. These are the only two mods I have done to my guns.......................................

Is this the trigger spring you recommend with 3.5lb connector?

Paul,

Yes that is the one. As long as it is the olive drab colored one, that's correct. I used to polish all my parts and do trigger jobs on them, and then one day had the trigger fail to break, and about a 100 pound trigger pull. I knew better, but did it anyway.......lession learned. Now all my guns are box stock except for the Vickers mag release and the NY-1 / 3.5 connnector combo. It works very well for me.

Good Luck!

I've run that trigger combo for a long time and it is the best combo going. All my Glocks have it. The best part is that you don't need to send it to anyone...M cough and cough P.

The Vickers mag release is also great but I need to get one more to make it universal to my Glock stable.

These two "mods" and some decent sights get you to an awesome fighting pistol (in 9mm...).

One of the best quick mods for the Glocks, IMO. I run them on my G26 and G19. They are fantastic.

I've been running them in my duty guns for the last couple months. I highly recommend them.

One of my partner's has one in his duty gun - a M22 - and we've got another in a teaching M19.

The duty pistol has 6 months of use on it. Zero issues. The "owner" is quite happy with it. The one on the teaching gun has rather limited time so far.

This right here speaks volumes!

I'm running one on my G19 and love it. Much better than the stock release.

Hell ya.. Jeff Cahil send me one this summer (Thanks again Jeff...)and I ran it in a class and love it.
It is just the right height and is the only Mod (besides sights) I have done to my G-17.
best $17 you can spend.

Looks like I'm going to pick one up up from Grant shorty and outfit my G19 with it. :)
