I bought this in december after signing up for a Magpul course (as an alternate). I didnt get to attend the class and really just adjusted the rig for fit and did a few reload drills. It is "made" by TAG and called the Phalanx. Shellback Tactical appears to have actually manufactured it. The center pocket behind the mag rack comes with a retainer for a pistol, one side pouch is for stuff, the other is a radio type pouch. I am asking $85 shipped.
