Any of you guys know any information about this grey tipped 5.56 ammo? Head stamp is WCC 04, M193 with unpainted tip is for comparison.

Reduced Ricochet Limited Penetration rounds.
I wouldn't choose it over much, unless I happened to be shooting inside a facility with nukes :p.
I greatly prefer rthe perfomance of the 75 & 77 gr offerings. Mk262 offers good performance, so keeping with like performing rounds is the best way to go, in my experience and opinion.

The previous R2LP rounds didn't have any coloring on the tip.
Never seen those... but the old Federal R2LPs were great for steel target shooting inside of 40 yards.
