Hi all,

I'd like to purchase a complete upper with a Centurion Arms C4 Mid-Length cutout rail already installed. I figure Centurion Arms sells these, but does anyone else? Does anyone happen to carry BCM uppers (preferably mid-length/lightweight) that can install these before being shipped? Thanks.

You might want to contact BCM or Grant at GandRTactical as he may be able to. The Centurion rail is very simple to install so I'd imagine you'd be just fine on your own.

G&R would likely be willing to do it for you, so would ADCO and Rainier Arms.
You'd likely have to supply the rail yourself, and I wouldn't be surprised if they asked for a little extra for the cost of installing it.

ADCO can put together an upper for $35...(+ shipping)

They are really easy to install and a good rail to boot.

Don't know what BCM upper you are looking at. If it has the delta ring, etc..., it's more difficult in that you'd have to cut these off prior to installing the rail. Even that wouldn't be that hard if you have a dremel.
