My friend is the S-6 for the 4-4 CAV and is currently deployed in Kandahar. I would like to get him a custom made zippo with the unit insignia and like OEF 2011-2012. I'd like it to be really professionally done with laser etch color fill. However, the places I've found online only offer this service in batches 50 or larger.
I was thinking about including a CAB but instead of the ka-bar put a sincgars in the center since he's the signal officer. Do you think this would be a funny kinda thing to do, or would it be disrespectful?
Any thoughts or suggestions of where I could possibly get something like that, or maybe photo's of anything like that you've gotten.
Also any ideas you may have about something to add or take away would be appreciated.
