Did a quick search but did not see anything. I saw AR15.com has a custom billet lower that they are selling with their logo on. I was curious if this had ever been discussed here? I figured with M4C.net T-Shirts available why not a custom lower?

I am interested in opinions on this.

Cheers,
Matt.

Eh. I kind of hate this idea, because it's kind of a gimmicky thing.

It made me sick when ARFCOM did it, it'd make me sick if we did it.

My ideal M4C custom lower is any brand of lower I choose that is in spec.IE: proper magwell/FCG/F&R takedown pins that are not sloppy nor take a hammer & punch to move.

It says more for the folks on this forum that there IS NOT a M4C lower.

That note says it all!

I'm going to shut this one down; not because the OP did anything wrong, but because the trajectory of the responses generated is going to be fairly predictable if we leave it open.

At M4C, our primary interest is upon the shooter, the development of core skills, and the employment of the most effective tools -- more or less in that order. This is why, instead of decorative rifles and customized lowers, you see such an overt emphasis upon mindset, tactics and training. Custom lowers can be pretty cool, but competent shooters are infinitely cooler.
