Seriously though, some of what he teaches is practical and potentially useful under the right circumstance. It's just the "bad guy" standing there like a clueless idiot that makes it so unrealistic.

In doesn't look too dissimilar from the PPCT stuff I learned with the dept., though it does have more kicks as opposed to knee strikes etc.
