I am thinking about getting one for my hunting AR-15 (BCM 20" upper with a DD Omega). It is not my goto gun.
I couldn't find anything using the oragne search button except the 1-4 Viper. Since this will be a varmint gun, I need more power. I have a 2.8-10x44 Simmons AETEC on my .243 and another for moving around for load development and am satisfied with them so far but would like to move up a little in quality.
Anybody have experience with the Viper HS? Clarity, durability and box test are what I am primarily interested in. I know it's not a Night Force or a PST, but I don't have that kind of money to spend. I have other rifles that could use a new scope so it wouldn't go to waste anyway.
