RIS II and DDM4

Could i switch out the Omega X FSB with a RIS II FSB on a factory DDM4 without changing the barrel nut and removing the FSB? Thank You

I don't know if the Omega barrel nut is the same as the RIS II barrel nut, but either way it will necessitate removing the barrel nut, the FSP and flash hider. The reason is the RIS II rail uses a rear bolt-up plate that is positioned behind the barrel nut. All in all the only difficult thing about installing the RIS II rail is the patience needed to tighten all 6 screws.
