So, I volunteer as an assistant on the technical crew (stage crew or techie, basically) at the local high school. We had to swap out our old patch board for a shiny new digital dimmer setup yesterday :D
This turned into a 20-hour nightmare I've only just recently recovered from. Due to an electrocution of myself and the head technical director, we were delayed. We were delayed again by faulty wiring, a fallen scaffold, and a power outage (not my fault, I promise).
Thankfully, none of these events caused serious injury to any of the volunteers, school staff, or students.
The issue is, I was relying on coffee to keep going, as well as soda, energy bars, etc. Basically, way too much caffeine. I'll say this, post-electrocution caused by my brain-fried state due to abuse of caffeine: It's bad. If some of you were planning on incorporating caffeine into your BOB or other preps as something other than a kick-start to your morning, it will be bad news bears in my experience.
