Need suggestions for a plate carrier

I need a concealable plate carrier. Not something that can be concealed under a windbreaker, but something that can be concealed under a suit...
DBT used to make an extremely low profile carrier, but it appears that it isnt available any longer.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
