A minimum of 3 years experience with IT desktop support, with at least one year of Mac-specific support for OS X and above.
Those with specific experience with Apple Remote Desktop, Mac OS X server, Open Directory and AFP are preferable.
You should have experience with computer hardware installation support and repair, software installation, and imaging in PC and Macintosh environments.
Must have experience troubleshooting operating system issues, network issues, peripheral devices (scanners, printers, and external ZIP drives).
Supported Software list includes:
MS Office 2007 for Windows/2008 for Mac,
Mac OS X version 10.6 Snow Leopard,
iWork & iLife Suites
Adobe Creative Suite 5 applications (including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, and Adobe Photoshop),
FileMaker Pro 10,
Retrospect 8 for Mac,
Norton/Symantec Endpoint 11 antivirus (both for Mac OS X and Windows).
The successful candidate will provide desktop support for a 50-plus user Mac OS X network environment consisting of approximately 80% Macs and 20% Windows PCs. In addition, he/she will provide troubleshooting support for Windows XP and Vista client operating systems, and Mac OS X version 10.6 Snow Leopard.

Experience Required:
Mac OS X server, including Open Directory and AFP is a plus.
Experience with JAMF Casper 7.x is a plus.
Experience with local security policies on Windows is a plus.
Virtualization experience using Parallels Desktop and/or VMware is also a plus.
Experience with Citrix is also a plus
Additional Requirements:
US Citizenship
The ability to obtain and maintain a Government security clearance.
Must be willing to work some evenings and weekends as necessary and be able to work a flexible schedule, ranging from as early as 7:00 AM to as late as 7:00 PM.
