I saw the go/no-go gauge for picatinney rail systems Otis premeired at SHOT in '10. Has anyone seen this in person or know where to get one?

The blog post you show is for Otis' rail system. They made go-nogo gauges for themselves (or for some customer). I don't think they made gauges for sale as a tool; but a quick call or email to them could answer that.

The majority of the quality rail systems (DD, KAC) designed for military use are within a close enough spec to use without any problem. (Yes, I know ARMS does thier own spec).

If you are machining rail systems, a go-nogo gauge may be something of interest. But if you are doing machine work, you can make your own to the 1913 specs.

Between quality rail systems, a little tinfoil and some loctite; quality components won't really move to the point that it compromises function. When something like a light or vertical grip starts wobbling, it may just be time to replace it.

You can check pretty easily with a caliper...
