I bought this gun new in 09 and it was hard to find back then(had to order and it took a few months to show up), not sure how they are now. Gun is a Springfield 1911 Loaded Black Stainless(sku# PX9154L). Has had zero modifications done to it. Probably around 1000 rounds since new. Never carried. The gun is an absolute tack driver if I do my part and is a joy to shoot. This is an LE gun which gets a little better QC at the factory(from what I understand), but otherwise is identical to a non-LE gun. This was my first 1911 and I love it, but I simply dont shoot it. I dont think I have shot it this year since I have focused on my M&P pistols. I hate to see something like this sitting in the safe gathering dust when somebody else could be enjoying it.
The gun has a few very light scratches in the stainless from something, not sure what since this gun has not been carried. It also has a VERY slight(like maybe 2-3mm) idiot mark even though I was EXTREMELY careful every time I re-assembled the gun. I tried to get a picture of it, but its that small and light I couldnt. If you look at the gun and decide you dont want it due to these very fine scratches, I will completely understand.
Gun has eaten everything I have put into it, which admittedly has been all 230g FMJ and mostly LRN reloads. I put some Hornady XTP reloads through it and it ate them fine as well, but I haven't put any other JHP ammo through it.
Gun comes with original box and contents(holster, double magazine pouch, brush, manuals, test fire case, etc...), two 7 round Springfield factory magazines(I know I had a 3rd. I need to look for it, but im not promising it), four 8 round Wilson ETM magazines(I thought I had a 5th which is probably in the same place as the 3rd factory mag), a Galco belt slide OWB holster(I think its the Silhouette model), a 50rd box of 185g +p Hydra-Shocks and a 50rd box of 200g +p Gold Dots.

Im looking to get $900 for everything face to face in St. Louis or I will drive a reasonable distance(an hour or so) to meet up. Shipping must be FFL-FFL and buyer pays shipping and all applicable FFL fees. If I ship it, I probably wont include the ammo since its kind of a pain to ship and not really worth the money for 2 boxes. In this case I will discount $50 off the price of the package.
