Try Specialized Armament. Finding Colt barrels alone isn't easy. You may even have to sell your upper complete and replace it with a complete upper.

Are you only considering Colt barrels?

If you want a colt barrel someone on gunbroker has a few new m16 barrels made this year. They are expensive though. They are the standard gi profile so they will be lighter. Past that I'd say get a bcm barrel as not many companies make a gi profile barrel in 20 and even less make a lightweight(green mountain does but it is a 1/12 twist).

If you are content with the 1/9 twist, you can send the barrel to ADCO and have them reprofile the portion under the handguards. I had them reprofile this 6601 HBAR to a medium weight.

If you are looking for a 1/7 twist government profile barrel, I've had some success finding them on Gunbroker.
