.308 Muzzle Break on an AK 7.62x39?

Can I use the .308 Dynacomp (http://www.aimsurplus.com/product.aspx?item=XSTSBV1019) on an AK (7.62x39) as long as I have the correct threads?

I cant view your link, but I'll caution you that .308Win is .308 whereas 7.62x39 is .310-.311 in diameter.

Thanks for the info. I didn't know that the 7.62x39 was slightly larger.
