The drivers receive specified break periods during their shift and are free to take a dump, have a smoke, or roll out a prayer rug on their own time.

What's the problem?

Just another example of a bunch of malcontents playing the "religion card" to get preferential treatment or avoid sanction. **** 'em.

It sounds like a bunch of lazy ass ****-offs using "prayer" as a way to screw around on company time.

Some employees do very little while they're at work and simply want to sit back and collect a check. On the other end of the spectrum, you have the elite few that just work their asses off and leave you wanting to reward them. The lazy ones do the most bitching.
