I bought a case of Winchester Ranger 124gr +P bonded about two years ago and stashed it away, recently upon opening a box of it for the first time I noticed that the hollow point of the bullet is almost non existent. My question is... Is this acceptable ammo for duty/cary use? I've read some stuff about how certain lots of this ammo performed poorly?

Thanks Mark. I don't have any phone books laying around, though. Can I substitute aforementioned phone book for a hooker?
