Hey guys. I used the search but didnt have any luck. I'm looking for a good all purpose OWB locking holster that will fit both a glock 17 and 26. Ideally it would also be able to accommodate a tlr1 on the 17 but still lock in my 26 without a light.

Primary purpose would be range and training use so I'm not concerned with concealment. A safariland als is what I am looking at but not sure if it would hold both platforms.

I know it's a tall order but thought I'd throw it out here before dropping the money on separate rigs. Thanks in advance!

I'm sure most or all of safariland's will index off the trigger guard and/or the back of the slide. Both of which are the same for a 17 and 26.

I've got a Safariland 6377 made for the G17 with no light, and have used it with all of my Glocks (17, 19, 26) for classes and the range. You can find them for around $30 (I got mine on clearance at Gander Mountain for $25). That's tough to beat for a quality retention holster.

I like the holster, and am planning to get another one to use with a light on the G17.

My ALS fits both my G17 and G26.

Great to hear. Looks like I'll be picking up an ALS this week. Thanks for the info.

An ALS locks the weapon at the ejection port, enabling a holster made for a light-mounted Glock 17 to retain it (or the G26) without the light attached.
