I wonder if they are hiring?
Dream job. Wonder if they need someone to sweep the floors/walk the office mascot. Gotta start somewhere :)
Awesome.
Noveske turns some of the finest rifles in the world. It is cool to see the inside of the factory. Sheri did a good job too! :D

Many thanks to John and MM for giving us a look into how they make such fine weapons.
Quality control is really obvious, it shows in all the things John talks about.
And I love Sheri's comment about the "Noveske Wall of Awesomeness!"
Makes me want to get a Noveske after the new year just that much more.

It's a good thing i live on the other side of Oregon from them.
(well not good for me but good for my paid off credit cards.. lol)
I would love a SBR but end up spending the cash on the dumb stuff like food, power bill and insulin.
Thats great stuff, def on my list of rifles to pick up
Thanks for posting the vid. Entertaining to say the least. It's good to see down to earth folks working at a company like that. I drank the Grants Pass, OR koolaid back in 08 with a full factory N4. My stripped Gen 1 and Gen 2 lowers came in today. The vid was the finishing touch to this lovely day.

Way cool video. I've always wondered if we were ever going to get a glimpse inside Noveske's shop!
It's kool to see where your stuff is coming from, looks like a great bunch of folks.
John gave away several secrets during his interview, it was a very good walk thru...
after seeing whats hanging on the wall, you have to wonder whats in the safe :p
That was really cool! Very nice to put a face to the folks who built your rifle/upper. I had my new 16in basic upper with me to point out familiar faces. I think it cried. Cant blame it, Id cry too if i had to leave there. i was thinking of getting a new lower for it, but now I feel like i have to get a noveske lower to compliment it:D Thanks for posting this.

Thanks for posting the video, I never would have seen it otherwise.

I know how you feel. That's exactly how I ended up with two complete Noveske rifles. Just do it. You know you will

Very cool! Nice facility and it's great to see where/how they assemble our rifles and parts. Also nice to put faces with voices/emails. :)
I thought people here would like this.
It would be cool of they did a video on BCM.
Very cool video. I assume that was John Noveske that did part of the shop narration?

I would be willing to bet that John had nothing to do with the video... he is not much for personal publicity.
I sure hope OSHA doesn't see that! Operating Machines with no eye protection !

You'd lose that bet. ;)

I take it you haven't seen his catalog?
Awesome, the Mega Machine one was even better too.
That was neat, thanks for the link!

Last 3 Noveske rifles I purchased came with the Black Noveske catalog. Am I missing something here? :big_boss:

I think they are just saying that based upon your previous statement:

You don't know what John looks like because he was actually in the video. His pic on Mt. Rainier (?) is also in the catalog.
I sure hope OSHA doesn't see that! Operating Machines with no eye protection !
specially when working with firearms. :D

Think I figured out where I'm going to be getting the upper to go with my stripped Noveske "2nd"*. :)
*I've had this lower for a few months now, and still can't figure out what makes it a 2nd.
Very cool, a bit smaller that I would have expected.
Are there any more factory manufacturing videos around?

... I did it, well almost. Stock assembly and grip should be here early next week so i can finish building my recently arrived lower. I can make it on hotdogs and mac n cheese for the rest of the month, maybe :suicide2:
Great video. Thanks for posting.
When I was back home for a short vacation I was able to drive up and pick up my rifle in person. With the reputation for quality Noveske has, I invisioned the factory being a way bigger operation, but I was pleasently surprised that it wasn't a huge, sterile factory. Also, everyone there I talked to was awesome to do business with and very helpful.
As if getting a world class rifle wasn't enough, it's nice to know you're doing business with such cool people, and so close to my home at that. I plan on buying again from them soon.
