I bought 2 of these last year from a Point Blank dealer I no longer need them for work so I sold the one I used and figured I would hold on to the new one for a rainy day. The panels have never been used, I washed the carrier on my other vest and needed to do a night deposit for a client so I used this carrier for maybe 2 hrs in the middle of winter. Everything has been properly stored and laid flat since day one. This vest is a level 3a and is thin and light. It is also rated against special threats. The vest comes with the front, back panels, carrier and 5x8 soft trauma insert in the front. It is fully adjustable and has a cummerbund for maximum comfort. It can also accept the larger 8x10 soft or hard inserts. It's a size 46R and fit me perfect, I am 6'1 220 and it covers all vitals and sides.
