molle panel with shoulder strap

I am looking for a molle panel with one shoulder strap and a waist strap. So that it can be worn on the left or right hip over a duty belt, or in the middle of chest. I have seen some that have permanent mag pouches ( I don't want this). I have seen them in the past, but I am unbale to locate any now. I also can not recall what company I saw making them before. Any leads would be helpful and appreciated.

I thought Eagle made a similar product but I can't find an all MOLLE version.

If you put the word out with WTB threads and just keep an eye out on various Equipment Exchanges you can still find TAD Bandoleers now and then.

Avoid Blackhawk, as usual. And just to make sure you know, it will be far less secure than any chest rig/armor carrier. If you've ever worn a messenger-style bag without a waist strap and like... Gone for a run or something, it's a lot like that. Maxpedition's Gearslingers come to mind as a good example. A lot of rotation around the body. Fast donning and doffing, sure. But a fairly inconsistent platform for essential equipment.
