You dont need the Citezen Cert.

Also, you need your passport photos on your forms.;

Uhh, you needed to fill out ALL of them, the Sheriff has to sign more than just one.

There is a copy for you, and one for BATFE.

You need to fill out all 4 pages.

Youre dealing with the ATF man. I wouldnt "Slap" a photocopy on there.

For one, you need ACTUAL passport photos. Walgreens...$10.00

This is pretty seriuos business. You should take it serious or youre gonna recieve your paperwork back

As far as I know- The Certificate of Compliance is still required.

Last I checked(20 weeks ago), they were still required. They even send them when you request forms.

I didnt do mine.

That was in June.

OP... Do it just to be safe. You dont want to get paperwork sent back over that.

Its for "Non Immigrant Alien" to fill out, Thats why I didnt fill mine out.
It looks like if youre applying for FFL you need to fill it out.

Also, I think if you go the Trust route it has to be completed.

Heres the link.

According to the examiner assigned to our state, she doesn't require a Cert of Compliance.
http://www.texasguntalk.com/forums/class-iii-nfa-sponsored-class-3-weapons/27662-certificates-compliance-no-longer-required-trust-transfers.html

So I guess it varies with the other examiners.

You need two forms, two fingerprint cards, 2x2 passport style photos, and a Certificate of Compliance (5330.20).

Read the last paragraph. It only mentions Form 4's though.
http://www.atf.gov/firearms/faq/national-firearms-act-processing-times.html#duplicate-form-submission

Go back and have them sign another form.

I took my own picture and got it printed at Walgreens/CVS for 20 cents. There are photo guidelines so if you're a total noob it's probably easier to have them do it. All they do is pull down a white backdrop and use a point and shoot camera.

A pal of mine submitted his forms in July, and just yesterday got them kicked back for not having submitted a Certificate of Compliance.

Thank you to those that helped but I do have one more question. I read through the link iraqgunz posted, the NFA handbook and did a forum search and couldnt find the answer so Ill ask it now. Who can certify my citizenship on the cert of complience?
