Anyone have any range time with a BCM 18" SPR upper?

If so, what was you overall impression?

Yep, I've got one with a 14'' DD Lite rail. I run it on a rifle length buffer system. It's extremely soft shooting as you would expect. With the Geissele SD-E trigger, it's a joy to shoot.

Mine likes 77 GR SMK's above all else. Hornady 75's shoot well too but the 77's are just a little more accurate. I've not bothered trying the lighter match grade stuff, but from most accounts they shoot well out of these barrels too.

I'm impressed with SS410 barrels. They are hand lapped and it shows. Copper fouling is minimal to unperceivable.

I have quite a bit of time behind an actual issued MK12 (Douglas barrel). I've found the BCM to be every bit as accurate.

Here's a link to a post I made in the past regarding this rifle that illustrates its accuracy potential:

Absolutely fantastic upper from Bravo Company I haven't shot it much but it has been sub MOA accurate with match ammo from 52-77grains.

Apparently there is a really nice one for sale in the Equipment Exchange here. (https://www.m4carbine.net/showthread.php?t=90301) https://www.m4carbine.net/showthread.php?t=90301

Cameron, I honestly can't believe that thing has not sold yet. I saw when it went up and remember thinking "this won't last long." Weird.

Yeah, I think it is more to do with macro economics than the BCM SPR...
