Will they feed? My understanding is that the round nose bullets have a better B.C. than pointy bullets at subsonic speeds. Maybe load a 220gr smk backward?

Nope.

I have thought that a RNHP would be a decent idea for the sub-sonic loads in this caliber.

I've used some 110-ers for the M1 Carbine and had them work.... but like maybe 20 of them. Not enough to actually say "they work". Anyway.... for my part at least.... if I'm using 110's they won't be subsonic.

I would not expect them to fit in mags or feed as well as the heavy OTM.
