The government requires that brass to be de-miled, which means that it has to be melted and not reloaded.
Too bad, that's how Blackhills used to get the brass for their blue box ammo.

Do you have a link to prove that? My understanding was that your information is incorrect, and that some one had contacted the DRMO to clarify.

At the bottom of the auction listing is the requirement for an "end use certificate" which defines the de-mil requirement.
If you want to pursue it call or email the customer service number shown on the listing.

From previous posts from TOS, certain lots are required to be demilled, but not all. Perhaps this one has something that is not "allowed" out here in the civilian world? Does anyone know?
