Help identifying Surefire weaponlight?

Hello all! I'm fairly new to the forum, but was wondering if I could get you fine gents' help on something. I've had a surefire weapon light mounted on my M4 for a few years now, but am starting to re-think and re-tool things. I am hoping to get a different mount and activation strip, but can't figure out exactly what model of light this is. My googlefoo is letting me down, so I figured I better ask the experts. The only info on the light is A12874 right below the Surfire logo. Thank you!
