SureFire doesn't use the M.I.T.E.R. mount, AAC does.

I don't have one but it appears it is to "tune" poi to the same location suppressed as unsuppressed.

Looks like a good concept.

The term is "reflex suppressor". The mount/suppressor goes over the barrel unlike an end mount.

AFAIK, SureFire has stopped making the reflex for 5.56 (model FA556AR).
