I intend to move my NFA firearms to Florida from Georgia. Is there a NFA form for this? What must I do?
ATF form 5320.20

As long as both states are NFA friendly you fill out the 5320.20 and check the "no" box in section 2. Easiest if you have them as an individual. You can do it with a Trust or Corp as well, but I am not as educated on that.

It's the same process for a trust. Just make sure that whoever did your trust updates your paperwork to include the new permanent address.
I permanently relocated 6 NFA items earlier this year, from one state to another, using the above mentioned 5320.20 w/ no issues. The 5320.20 is used for temporary & permanent interstate moves.
As stated above in section 2. check *no*, in section 5. I used * permanent change of address*. Be sure to submit TWO copies as one will be returned to you upon approval.
