This barrel assemble is legal to install on any AR upper without doing the SBR paperwork since the total length is greater than 16". Individual state laws regarding flash hiders and overall rifle length may apply so be aware. But this is not an SBR barrel assemble.
This barrel assemble is complete and ready to install. I just pulled it off my S&W M&P15TS rifle. It's all S&W parts as it came from the factory. Top notch quality stuff in very good condition. It's a 14.5" Barrel with M4 Profile, 1/7 Twist, Carbine Gas System. The Vortex Flash Hider is Pined and Welded in place from the factory to bring the total barrel length to 16.25". The low profile gas block uses two set screws but also uses a taper pin as well. Also includes a Troy TRX Extreme Rail, MagPul Gen 1 MBUS and a Mount-In-Slot low profile QD socket mounted in the Troy hand guard. Everything is in very good condition. There are some paint markings from being placed on barricades during classes on the hand guard and the barrel and there is some scuff marks on the gas block because the taper pin was hard to get out.
The barrel has shot 1 - 1.5 MOA every time I've zeroed the rifle. Never had any function problems with the rifle it was on. I'm selling because I'm converting all my rifles over to AAC Suppressor compatible muzzle brakes since I'm buying a suppressor. Rather than tear this barrel apart to mount a new muzzle device I decided to install a new 10.5" barrel and SBR the lower at the same time. This barrel has about 2500 rounds through it. Most of which were my own reloads that are very low power.
I'm willing to sell the whole setup for $400 shipped. If you don't want the MBUS then take off $30 from that. Will accept PayPal or USPS Money Order. Will Ship USPS Priority Mail with tracking number provided the day after the payment clears. PayPal ensures quick shipping.
