Will you get one?

Yes I will. According to the gunblast review the trigger is as nice as the centerfire LCR with reliable ignition. That will be a first with any .22 DA revolver I've owned.

Be nice if they do a .22 Mag as well.

I'll think about it. My wife and I have both carried 5 shooter 38s for years and I have a S&W 22 for practice. They all, S&Ws and the Ruger pretty much all feel the same in the hand so maybe I won't need the Ruger. Might get it anyway. Probably will get it. I carry the 38 on wilderness canoe trips and the 22 might be more useful.

Excellent concept and probably utilitarian as all get out--but UGLY. :stop: I have often been tempted to get a S&W 2" kit gun to complement J frame snubs but never quite done it. Probably a mistake but I've survived so far without one.

I hope they sell a million of them, but my SKS represents about all the ugly guns I can stand to own.

I want one and a LCR.357 and a .22 sp101 and a single 10 and and and...

I haven't seen that before. I wish they had it in 22 Mag though. I could see a lot of people who are recoil sensitive going with a 22 mag for self defense. 22 lr. I could see getting for practice but I probably wouldn't.

Having a rimfire companion to standard caliber defensive guns is getting to be a must for manufacturers. And for consumers.

My 2" Model 63 gets a *lot* of use in practice.

Unfortunately, they're pricey these days. In fact, mine is the most expensive handgun I own. ;)

IMHO anybody who carries an LCR should give one of these very serious consideration.

Will definitely be looking into this one.

I have the LCR .22 and love it...easy, fun,and cheap to shoot. Mine shoots to POA.

Good to know they're actually out there--although I'm sure they'll be hard to find for the next few months. My older daughter has been eyeing my previously-mentioned Model 63 snubbie, so unless I want to lose it I should probably get one of these.

The one I tried was slightly heavier than the .38 version, but that could have been just that gun.

Put it in a plastic bag on the canoe, .22's are more sensitive to moisture. Or just carry the .38. If you needed to pop a rabbit to keep from going cannibal, you could probably hit it just as easily with the .38.

Hadn't heard about the .22 version yet. Seems like a great way to supplement the .38 for training. I'll have to think about maybe getting one of those

I like the concept, but for a polymer framed revolver, the price should be lower.

Yeah, along with all those polymer framed autos.

Saw them at SHOT show in January and decided to get one. Received mine 3 weeks ago and have put 200 rounds through it. At 7 yards it will shoot groups smaller than a 1/2 dollar coin. No recoil whatsoever. The trigger on mine is rough but many of us manage to handle it. My buddy couldn't stop shooting it and considered getting one for his wife. My girlfriend who is not a revolver fan loves it and shoot it well, especially for a first timer. She managed the heavy trigger and kept groups to about 4" at 7 yards.

I paid $375 for it.

no way. seems Rugers QC takes a day off whenever they feel like it but guns go out the door anyway.

I got one back in January and like it a lot. Trigger is nicer than my Smith 617. The sights are decent for a snubnose and they're making me think about taking the XS sight off of my 38 LCR and put a regular post on.

I'm going to get one for my son!

Got mine for $400 otd a few days ago at my lgs. I put 138 rounds of a variety of .22LR ammo through it and it is a "hoot". The trigger pull on mine is great- similar but better than my Kahr CW40. You can really empty a cyclinder full of Vipers quickly with this baby. My wife and a friend also enjoyed it at the range. Mine is a toy now, but in really hot weather I might stick it inside my pants pocket in a Nemesis holster. :) WB

It's on my list. I just got a 357 lcr and I'd like the .22 for cheap practice, and because I love the idea of a small/light .22 anyway :)

If they grew on trees I'd have one already, just gotta get the money together :)

I'm pretty sure the lcr is 38 +p.

I really like my LCR .22. The trigger is not great but very usable, shoot to point of aim up to 10 yards, fun, cheap to shoot and great anti virus device.

I really enjoy plinking with my .22's, tried the LCR at a local gunstore and did not like the trigger at all.
