Past tense seem to be proper here. Looks like HK USA had problems with CS years ago. Apparently lot of people have good experience dealing with HK USA CS this days.

My dealings were obviously with HK in Oberndorf (there is no HK CS in Poland) and I was actually surprised how good care HK took to solve my problem. But this is off-topic here anyway. That is until someone will make video "Hitler on HK customer service" :haha:
